Cyberview Sdn Bhd

Cyberview Corporate Website — Digital Gateway to Malaysia's Technology City

01 // The Challenge

Strengthening Cyberview’s digital presence to promote Cyberjaya as Malaysia’s technology hub

Cyberview Sdn Bhd is the master developer and manager of Cyberjaya — the city purpose-built as Malaysia's technology hub and home to the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC). As the organisation responsible for developing, promoting, and managing Malaysia's technology city, Cyberview occupies a unique position: it is simultaneously a corporate entity, a government-linked developer, a place branding organisation, and an investment promotion body.

This complexity creates a significant digital communication challenge. Cyberview's website needs to serve multiple audiences with fundamentally different information needs — technology companies evaluating Cyberjaya as a location, investors assessing development and real estate opportunities, talent considering relocation and career prospects, and the media and government stakeholders who track Cyberjaya's progress as a national economic initiative.

For a foreign technology company evaluating Malaysia as a base, or an international investor assessing a development opportunity, the Cyberview corporate website may be the first — and most formative — impression of what Cyberjaya actually is. A platform that fails to communicate the city's ecosystem credibly directly undermines the investment and business development mission the organisation exists to advance.

02 // The Solution

Multi-audience digital platform promoting Cyberjaya’s ecosystem, investment opportunities, and technology hub proposition

Primus Core designed and built the Cyberview corporate website as a multi-audience platform — structured to serve the distinct information needs of investors, technology companies, talent, and media through a single, coherent digital presence.

The information architecture was built around Cyberview's core value propositions: the city's infrastructure and connectivity, the ecosystem of technology companies already established in Cyberjaya, the development opportunities available to investors and businesses, the lifestyle and talent environment, and Cyberview's own role as developer and manager. Each audience pathway was designed to converge on a clear call to action — enquiry, engagement, or deeper exploration of specific investment and location opportunities.

The visual and content direction reflected Cyberview's position as a forward-looking, innovation-oriented organisation — modern, professional, and aligned with the identity of a city that presents itself as Malaysia's answer to global technology hubs. The engagement has been maintained on a managed services basis since 2019 — Primus Core providing ongoing platform support, performance management, and feature development as Cyberjaya's growth story continues to evolve.
